The Mad March Jugs competition is a pairs Stableford competition played with a yellow ball counting double.  The yellow ball is alternated between players on each hole with the “owner” able to score double points with it.  

For the pairs competition the combined stableford score on each hole will count.  NB: Player 1 has been nominated to have the yellow ball on the first hole scores 1 stableford point (the ball is not lost) so that players score doubles to 2 points.  Their partner plays a blinder and gets 3 points with their normal chosen ball, so just their single score counts on that hole.  The team score would be 5 points on that hole. Please be at the tee and ready to go 5 mins before your tee time and I respectfully suggest we should be aiming to be back and away in circa 4 hours. Please keep up with the group in front and not just be comfortable with being slightly ahead of the group behind!
