Following an excellent day’s golf at Sweetwoods in April, and what I hear was a very successful Spring Tour to France, this month we’re doing something quite unusual. At Captain Butler’s request, we are playing Pycombe Not In The Winter. New members may not know that we usually visit this course in the winter months, as it drains well, so we can expect it to be open and playable. This time we get to see it in spring, and if we get anything like the current weather, it should be a cracking day out.

Time: 12:00 for 13.06 first tee off
Format: Tea/coffee + bacon rolls on arrival, 18 hole Stableford competition for the prestigious Anniversary Cup. One course meal to finish. Dress for meal: smart casual.
Cost: £45 per head
