MGS – Order of Play – September 2018 – Westerham GC

The September outing is as Westerham Golf course which is in fantastic condition at the moment. Encompassing established forestry and offering stunning views over the undulating Kent North Downs, Westerham is a superb par 72 course in excess of 6,000 yards and built to a high standard with USGA specification greens and full irrigation throughout. Tree lined fairways, strategically placed bunkers and three beautiful water features makes this a solid test for any standard of golfer and the exceptional design and maturity of the course has gained it a reputation as a ‘thinking man’s course’.

A small select group have signed up for this event – should anyone else want to join us just let Handicap Sec Micky know asap as we could squeeze in a couple more.

Time: 12noon for 13.04pm first tee off

Format: Tea/coffee + bacon rolls on arrival and a one course eve meal (6.30 ish) following the 18-hole competition.

Dress Code:Smart casual for the eve meal please.

12 players will be competing across four competitions as follows: –

Individual Stableford Competition

18-hole stableford competition off full society handicaps.

Team Competition

The best 2 stableford scores from the teams of 3 count for this competition over 18 holes (normal adjustment for teams of four).
